Cutting letters
I am trying to make some signs and wondered if there is a cure or softwsre for this problem. Using Cut 2D pro and would like to use a two line font and cut inside the lines and remove all the material. Is there a way to do this or can it only be done with a single line font?

Use a pocket toolpath and it will do that.
If you want the same appearance as a carved letter with rising angles etc then you can only do that with VCarve or Aspire. You can experiment with pocket toolpaths using a straight clearance bit and a v-bit for the "finishing" tool for a different look.
