Double sided move

Post by DUSTMAN »

Does anyone know how to move a object that has items on both sides together. I have some double sided projects and have from time to time wanted to move/relocate and object that has detail on the other side and I've not figured out how to get both sides to move as a group. This comes up with nesting too. If I select objects to nest, the other side is not moved with the top side parts.

You can't move them together. You need to use reference geometry or direct co-ordinates.

So I'm guessing then you can't do nesting with a double sided drawing.

Yes you can. The "Nest two-sided parts" option is enabled on the nesting form when nesting a two-sided job.
