Yes, still planning to be there as well. As long as we find campgrounds along the way...

2020 User Group Meeting - Postponed until 10th & 11th September 2021

After a lot of consideration, we have taken the decision to postpone our upcoming User Group Meeting, which was due to be held at the Double Tree Hilton hotel in San Diego on 25th & 26th September 2020.

This decision has not been taken lightly, everyone here at Vectric has been looking forward to our User Group Meeting and is disappointed that this year, we will not get the opportunity to meet our community in person. However, the health and safety of our attendees, partners and staff is and always will be, our number one priority.

We have been working very closely with the hotel’s events team to re-arrange our event and we are thrilled to announce our User Group Meeting has been rescheduled to go ahead on the new dates - 10th and 11th September 2021 at the same Double Tree Hilton Hotel in San Diego.

For those of you who have purchased a ticket for our 2020 User Group Meeting, please don't worry. We have contacted you via email independently to let you know what to do next. If you haven't received your email please contact sales@vectric.com.

We really hope you can join us next year for an even bigger and better meeting!

I signed up also. It's disappointing that we will not be able to attend the conference in San Diego but at least the online conference will soften the blow.

Do we need to contact the hotel to cancel the 2020 reservation, or will they move it to 2021 automagically?

Have to cancel, the 2021 block isn't setup yet. Stephanie said we'd be notified when we can re-book our rooms.

Signed up...

I attended my first UG meeting last year in Denver. It was a lot of fun and I learned a bunch. I found the community to be welcoming and so willing to share. It's really incredible!

Earlier tonight, we were discussing a road trip from the midwest to attend this year's UG. Yeah, postponement/cancellation is disappointing but I understand the reasons. Looking forward to the virtual event and hopefully, the current situation will clear up so we can attend in-person the next UG meeting.
