TReischl thanks a ton for your input. I'm learning...Lots coming in a lot faster using the machine full time...we are a full production shop so its "sink or swim" right now...I'm learning and writing programs quickly. I have not had time to figure out how to do the ''rebate" quite yet, as I need a 3/8 rebate, so i'll work on it soon enough! As of now, we will continue just doing the "through cut" and then welding the lips on the back as we have for many years. I simply want to get away from welding lips as door stops! Time consuming!!!
