Thank you Mark, that was what I was doing wrong, selecting using Cntrl A and not thinking about the profile cut. I deleted the tool paths, Cntrl A to select all, then shift and click on the profile vector and the extra hole disappeared. I have read through the manual but missed that one. I figure I had better re read the manual several times after going through the videos as there is no doubt I am missing a lot or not comprehending it.
Greyman and Adrian, I'll go over that part again and figure out the organizing. I was indeed using the manual selection.
This software is way smarter than I am but I'll figure it out.
