Re: Support Pages and Frequently Asked Questions
As far as VCarve is concerned the .ngc is the end of a chain. You alter it by altering your project (.crv) file and then resaving the toolpaths to create a new .ngc file.

Re: Support Pages and Frequently Asked Questions
The Vectric progams don't use drivers. They don't control your CNC machine. That is the job of your control software.

Re: Support Pages and Frequently Asked Questions
You want to install the post-processor for your machine. The instructions are in the ->Help <- file.

Re: Support Pages and Frequently Asked Questions
Hi,
I've been using V12 for a while and I just up graded to the 12.013 Build. I'm not sure if this is a new problem or if I'm missing something. I have a 3d component, it's been a while since I've machined this. So I'll try and explain it clearly. This is a 2 sided job. I was working in the 2d view and moved the component so I could add a 2nd one. I want to machine 2 of these. After moving it I switched to the "other side" and the component I moved stayed where it was. It didn't move. So I checked the 3d view and got the same result. To fix it undid the move and moved it a relative distance. I then switch to the other side view and moved it the same distance, except in a negative direction. They lined up... I don't ever recall having to move a component twice when machining 2 sides. Any idea's on what's happening would be appreciated.
Really kind of confused

Re: Support Pages and Frequently Asked Questions
The above post had its own thread created. Having said that the forum it was created in is as equally out of place as this one for Cut2D.

Adze - I know it posted the wrong place. I tried to post it in the Desktop section yesterday and that one ended up in another section also. I looked to see if I could delete the post but was unable to find out how. Thank you for moving it. Hoping to get an answer to the problem I'm having.
