I was pretty happy this week with my carvings from 3DCut... All the ranks in the picture where cut using tool paths from 3DCut..

All the Anchors and the E-6 are 8" tall the others go down in height as you go down in rank...

Did you scan the emblems? Work with a picture of them? I have Vcarve Pro (pic of them) and have engraved the E-5 emblem and the anchor, they look good, but your 3-D cut is a lot nicer.
