We were recently asked to produce a composite lid for a sled now known as the "Boob Sled" which will be towed on a fundraising expedition across Antarctica. The client supplied a plaster cast taken from his wife and well pictures tell the story. The product isn't finished yet but here is the cnc part. Yes, very interesting and great PR for breast cancer. Did you scan the cast to get an stl model?

mrmfwilson yes we had it laser scanned by another company to .stl file.

Well we could have guessed it but we have to do another on but BIGGER haha. This one will have a Kevlar lid for the sled made from it so will post up more photos when all complete.
