Golfer is progressing

Post by Len-Tikular »

I have had a great deal of help with this job which has been giving me a bit of a challenge. But with the expert help and having done a test cut I'm ready to cut my complete shield which I will post up soon. The test piece will be incorporated into my shield.

One of my difficulties was in finding a realistic lookin golfer, yay we did that...

Truly these forums have some great guys on board who do put time aside to help others. I'm deeply grateful.

George

Hello George,
The trophy plaque is looking very good so far and will be watching to see the final cut part. Keep us posted on your progress.
Best regards,

Well, I plucked up the courage to cut into my nice piece of Oak, I'm not dissapointed with the result. I hope Joe will be pleased.

The 9 rectangles were pasted in using Photoshop and represent 9 Silver name places.

Many thanks to a certain gentleman for lots of advice and help. :-)

A trophy worthy of the designation "trophy." REAL nice job, and a lot of thought into the layout.
