How to profile individual tiles created by tile manager?

Post by rwebcon »

I am using the tile toolpath trying to make two tiles on two separate pieces of material each tile containing half of my model. Once the model is machined, I want to Profile the tile with tabs. Seems simple enough but I have tried every setting I can think of in the tiling manager but not able to profile all the way around the material in order to cut out my tile. I have tried creating the profile tool path several different ways but with no success. There must be a way to do this since there is an option in the tiling manager to create individual tiles. Can this be done? My file to big the attach.

Put your file on a site like drive.google.com, onedrive.com, or dropbox.com. Make the file shareable, and then post the link to the file here.
