Hi
I bought some STL files on E Bay for my Shapeko and CUT3D program. Some of the STL files were an oval shape and others were a round or square shape. I have tried to carve an oval onto a branch slice and the way the file is cutting my carving - it cuts the perimeter of the oval but it doesn't feather the design out. I simply want to just hollow out the picture and leave the board square, oval or round!
Is there a way which I could change these STL files so the machine carves out the picture only and leaves the work piece the shape it is, without hollowing out a groove around the perimeter.
First picture shows my sample with the unwanted groove!
Picture perimeter.
