Looking for someone or some advice ;^) relative to milling self adhesive sign
vinyl adhered to Foam Core board. I desire to mill parallel rows down to face
of the Foam Core board in kind to furrow rows a farmer makes preparing the
ground for planting. The actual result desired is a memic of corrigated sheeting.

Above illustration is what I desire to achieve on a solid base. Of course actual
milling is a solid, not hollow.

Re: Milling Adhesive Vinyl laminated to Foam Core Board
Hello,
I had perfectly cut thousands meters of adhésive vinyl on MDF board. I had a perfect cut using a sharp downcut end mill for the first pass. The feeds and speeds were the ones I needed for cutting MDF.
Just give it a try on a foam core board sample.
