New to Cut3D and I have a question about mixing models

Is it possible to mix a Cut3D model with a VcarvePro model? How is it done? If its possible. Do I have to create two separate models using the same dxf geometry?

I have this idea to make a trophy. I want to model an airplane and setup the tool paths with 3dcuts, but the text would be done in VcarvePro.
