Quality of the wrl file is much lower in Cut3D

Post by Marcel Leclerc »

It is my first test with Cut3D
When I load a 3D file *.wrl or *.stl, the quality of the file is much lower in Cut3D than in another package that I have for the same *.wrl file
My CNC router makes all wrong details add by Cut3D

Is there a way to get a better quality?

Do you have an example STL file that you can post here?

I haven't used your other packkage, but most of these programs will simply show a rendered view on screen, which has little to do with the actual geometry. See if there are options for the geometry quality in the other software, or options for the .stl export...
