EPS outline?

Post by Phil »

In another post AngelicDiablo showed pictures of a beautiful scallop shell box.

He wrote: "My first shot at a VA3D box. Really simple to do. Just pick a design that would be suitable for a lid and use the .eps outline on the VA3D site to make the box."
I haven't found information regarding the EPS outline How is this done? Where can I get information about this option?

Select the image on the vectorart3d site where you see the 3 style options and you'll see the selection for the outline. -AD

That helps but I'm still not getting all the way. In VA3D I can't find an option to work with an EPS file.

Thanks in advance.

My guess is that he made the lid in VA3D from the 3D model, then used the outline-eps to get the shape of the box (in another program) Vcarve maybe? But I've been wrong before...

Correct Mr Bond. Outline EPS was opened VCP4 and worked from there. -AD
