Combined efforts of James B. and the Vector Art 3D team, and my limited abilities, we were able to produce this for a customer.
A 6" dished moose (50062) cut in walnut that the customer has been drying for 13 years!
It is to be part of a Deacons Bench for the customer's wife. He is a true craftsman with wood.

File was roughed with a 1/4" ballnose single flute bit at 2.2"/sec router @ 15k
Finished with a 1/8" ballmill (machinist), 2 flute bit at 1.8"/sec. Router @ 12k

File was started 1/8" below surface (customer is not done dressing board) and to a depth of 3/8".

What were the stepover values for the rough and final?

Hi Rcnewcomb
The stepover for the rough was 25% and for the finish was 10%.
(I hate finishing!)
Most of my clients supply their own materials, and finish themselves, which suits me fine!!
I do try to make their job as easy a possible.
