Did this celtic cross with 3D machinest and VCarve Pro. Cherry and Alder, looks good to me :D

Did 3D beer mug and added cork for a coaster.

Good job and good finish. I like the combination of those woods. My wife collects crosses, and that one may be in my future.

very nice job I like the contrasting wood as well. Thanks for post you just gave me a great idea for a project I'm working on.

I like to use as many combinations of contrasting woods ad I can. Walnut and maple always look good together, alder stained with cherry clear coated, as the cross looks real good, cherry inlaid in walnut is awsome. If I could take a decent photo I could post alot of my work, but my camera isn't too good, and I dont have a good photo software to change them much.

I have trouble with photos also. But if you take the picture at an angle, there will be less glare from the flash. Bright natural light works the best for me.
