If you are looking for an exact match then the fluting toolpath is probably your best bet as shown in the top example. Unless, as Randall mentioned, you want the undercut for the fingers. If you are going for just a simple finger lift then the moulding toolpath will probably be the best choice. Show...

Also, you want to keep in mind that you cannot join the endpoint of a vector to the middle of another vector. You can only join end point to end point.

You have a pocket allowance of .05" set on the rough toolpath so it will leave .05" for the finishing toolpath to remove. Select everything that you want to resize and then click on the resize button (pic). Set the width and height or just set one of them and leave the "Link XY" button checked and everything selected will scale proportionately.

You can also accomplish the same thing using grid by setting the spacing to 1" and set the snap to grid on.

Your grid is on layer 1. Lock that layer so it cant be modified. Create another layer and make it active. This example has only one continuous vector that begins and ends in the same place.

Virtually all of your vectors are duplicates. From the edit menu select "Selection" then "select all duplicate vectors" and then either move them to another layer and turn the visibility off or press delete to delete them.

Create a pocket the same depth as the Eagle using the perimeter of the pocket and the outline of the eagle vectors. Then create a finish toolpath for the Eagle using the vector around the Eagle.

Add a tail to the profile with a length that is at least 1/2 the diameter of the bit you intend to use. You can also use the boundary offset setting in the moulding toolpath setup but adding a tail works better in most cases.

While the machine is turned off, grab the head/spindle assembly and try to man-handle or move it. Don't over-do it. If it moves even slightly then you have slop somewhere in the X or Y drive assembly.
