This is the first time this has happened for me.
I am using Aspire 4.015 and I can't open either of these files. I get an error message.
Any ideas on what I may be doing wrong? I just checked for updates after a couple of failed attempts to open these files.
Thank you.

Re: Overlapping vectors
I just reworked your drawing in a matter of a few minutes. What I done was #1) I moved the Profile triangle and the assembly slot to another layer #2) Deleted all of the tile EXCEPT the one in the upper left corner #3) remove the left side straight leg from your tile #4) used the array tool to cover...

Post I's and J's
How can I get my Post Processor to post I's and J's instead of line segments?
I am using a modified Mach2_3 Arcs inch post processor.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you
Edit: I am trying to ramp a profile in a circle.

Re: losing o's and dado's
Erik, With the right side you have everything grouped. On the left side nothing is grouped and the dados and lettering are placed someplace random. Try grouping the left side also. I believe the holes are on the left side at the top of sheet 1. I don't know where the dadoes are. Also the inside of t...

Re: Final profile pass when cutting profiles
In the drop down "LEADS" button there is a place for overcut distance. Make that number large enough to cover the "bump".

Re: Problem with Vcarve toolpath
I use Mach 3 all the time. I can run a program perfectly one day and the next day it gets me. When setting tool heights, I call all of my tools "Tool 1" . When I restart Mach 3 and set a tool height I "SOMETIMES" forget to select "Tool 1" . Mach 3 starts up with " Tool 0". When I forget to change th...

Re: I need help
Does this happen all the time or just recently? Just a shot in the dark here, But, is there a chance you are using a 1/4 inch diameter cutter thinking it is a 6 mm diameter cutter?

Re: Raster vs offset
Hello Don, You do not mention how much difference there is in z height from the start to the finish of the project. I just completed 13 Candle trays for Christmas gifts. The trays are 1/2" thick. The center is 3 3/4" diameter pocketed out 1/4" deep. The trays started out as flat as I could get them....

post Vcarve help from Aspire?
As an owner of Aspire it is possible to do most of the functions of the other Vectric programs. However when I attempt to assist others in Vcarve or other programs they are not able to open the .crv3d files. Is there a way for me save or export the files so they are usable to use them? Thank you.

Thank you Ronnie. There is a good possibility it will be one of projects like Angie has. It is on the computer for future use.
