i use mach3 2010 file also
and the builtin touchoff script seems to do the same thing, without the need to enter the thickness of the material.

You step on a bootjack with one foot and catch the back of your other boot in its crotch, allows handless removal of boots, usually dirty.. The nice thing is if you just do the profile cut, it takes 2 min and 40 seconds to cut it out with a smooth finish to the cut using last pass. Im not that fast ...

that looks excellent carveone. do you make your own knots usually or trace from the net ? because thats simply complicated one there. i usually try to offer 2 variations to my carvings, 3d and 2.5 d. that way i can do cheaper carvings for less money. not much extra money floating around here in this...

which software do you have? vcarve pro or aspire ? in reguads to model thickness, if you select your model in aspire on the modeling tab 4th row down, there is a icon like a cresent wrench. click on it and you can change your model properties. like thickness there is also a scale z thickness of mode...
