I decided I wanted to do something a little different for her graduation gift, so I designed a hitch cover for her Jeep. That way where ever she drives everyone...

Hi John, I just wanted to say thanks again for the tips. I have not used that tool much and could not believe how well of a job it does. I some of the Vectric features are pretty darn good! rufustoad, I don't use that tool very often either, it took quite a while to remember where the heck it was :...

Re: What causes THIS?
Don't know where you got the vector drawing, but there are lot of overlapping and duplicate vectors (in some places up to 4 overlapping vectors). Re: Young Sleeping Angel in Maple
Scott your work is amazing!
An Angle for an Angle is perfect, it was meant to be.
For those who have never seen Scott's work in person or more to the point, been able to hold and feel them, you are really missing out. I liken it to touching "wooden silk". His finish work is second to none.

Re: "Bevels" at bottom of model
Not sure why you're using a v bit for the Profile try using an end mill. the V isn't cutting deep enough and causing the bevel.

Re: 11.013 release notes
I installed 11.013 with not issues and the release notes were there.
Interesting thing though, when I opened Aspire there was no notification of an update, I had to click on Check for Updates.
