Hello all, I was wondering about tilling. If I cut the pieces and than glue them in, how well would this stay if each piece is about 18" long and at least 13" wide and the total would be 5' long? I was thinking about gluing a same size thin piece underneath to make it stable, but the edges would be ...

3d sign

Hi all, I have a Question. I am making a 3d sign with fonts above my 3d.. how can I make my fonts not stick out just flat on board while my 3d is sticking out?? I did do just my 3d part looks funny with half carved and my letters not. Hope this makes since .. I do not want my words deep as my 3d ......

I hate to bother you all again and yes Dale, what is the difference between a ball nose and a round nose? I do have a ball nose 1/8th and 1/4 but I know I need a 1/2 round nose and not a ball nose?

Oh I actually got it Dale, I went to the toolpath and guess what was there? thank you so much for your time Dale and of course your patience :wink:

Dale,
I was able to get on vcp and it does say tray but there was no tray on vcp just a blank square. Am I doing something wrong.. Evidently there were some downloads I guess with no problems??

good morning. Thank you so much for your replies it is well appreciated. I think I'm going to do that Glue Together.. I have a router that only has a 1/4" shank. I a cnc shark.. is that still possible and it probably take forever? Can I get a 1/2" bit w this small shank? Hopefully I make since.. :D ...

OMG, yes I sure do :wink: Your are so beautiful. One way I was thinking of making them is just by 2" thick and cut out, or do 2 cut outs (or however many)but I was trying that and it seem to not fit. I am sure I am doing it wrong badly lol.. Can you help a poor helpless soul?? I do appreciate this. ...

Oops I guess thats what I get for being in a hurry..
When I said 2 or 5 I meant that the trays have say 2 sections to hold food or snacks in.. like you see one wirh 5 trays round and the Middle is small maybe for dip or whatever.
