Being that Aspire is kind of like a sign program I would like to see Vertical Text, Line spacing, Font Slant and Kerning (letter spacing).

Is there a way to control depth of cut and if dark area is deeper or is lighter area is deeper.

Yes I have accu-tran, I use it mostly to convert one file format to another. I haven't used it for aligning a part. I'll give it a try.

I was talking about a tilt, my mistake. I do 3D scans and they are not all ways in the right angle. I would think that the top of the line package would have all the bells that the lower packages have.

were is that in Aspire, I must have missed it? I see where you can pick top,bottom, left, right but not by degree.

Are you going to add the features from cut 3D and photo V carve to Aspire in the future. Also it would be nice if you could rotate a 3Dmodel in aspire (by degree). using a mouse to rotate a model is difficult if the model is large.

I have built several indexer but have only used them running Mach. I have found the easiest is to get a gear head off ebay like a bayside or thompson that will fit the Stepper you want to use.

Thanks, I have a scanner (nextengine) that has to have 2ghz to work and I don't know if it will multi thread. It looks like if a program doesn't multi thread it would run slower on a I7 processor ten on a I5 processor.

One of my problem is that when I look at laptops with a I7 processor they say there 1.6 but when you look at the intel page they are rated at 2.8+. I just wondered it the are showing the speed of just one core?

Has anyone run Aspire on a intel I7 720QM processor. It is rated at 1.6gh but is quad core instead of dual core.

I see that I can add True type fonts to Aspire But what other fonts can I use. Aspire come's with a very limited set of fonts for the sign industry.My other sign program (other software) come with around 1300 fonts.
