About 2 years ago, we had a party, and sometime during the course of the party a 190 pound man decided to stand on the meditation bench. I don't know...

Re: More Baby Picture Frames

Carrie, We had a perfect use for this file posted 5 years ago! Thanks for sharing the file. We made some modifications and came up with this! I converted it to a double-sided piece, and if anyone would like it, I'll be happy to share. Cutting and finishing by Marty, painting by Erica. What a team! T...

Re: Ribbon Box

It looks like you glued 5 flat (1/8" thick) sheets together to get the piece from which you cut the ribbon. How did you produce those 1/8" sheets? We've tried using a planer but sometimes the planer picks it up and munges it since it's so thin. Or did you use a drum sander? Or were you able to buy s...

Re: Bevel Box and Tree of LIfe Box

How big are the boxes because the hinges don't look to be that small, trust me I have some very small brass hinges lol Oh, I'll bet my hinges are smaller than your hinges! LOL   :) The boxes are 4in x 6in. The hinges are the 25mm x 15mm ones shown here (00D30.08) http://www.leevalley.com...

Bevel Box and Tree of LIfe Box

Yeah I know, nobody needs more little boxes. But I wanted to experiment with a different hinge design. I got really small metal hinges and a really small (2mm) router bit. There are slots cut with the 2mm bit that were just big enough for the wings of the hinges, and the hinge is glued into the slot...

Re: Tulip

Where did you find it 1.75" thick? How did you round off the bottom of the flowers? Thanks / Rick Hi Rick, glad you like the tulips. We basically use any hardwood. We can get it that thick because we cut it ourselves. As is shown in this case study on us, https://www.vectric.com/cool-stuff/case-stu...
