No worries I upgraded

Marcel I took your advice and tried vertical tiling since my x axis is too small for the 44 " project. I took and spun the whole thing 90 degrees and tile it at 14.75" and waaaaall ahhhh.

Your new design looks much better, Steven, obviously, has the right - though somewhat fiddely - solution for you, but I (lazy designer) wondered: is this design not easier to do with 3 horizontal panels ? One with the 'bar & grill' text, one with 'one - 80 - six' and the bottom with 'marquand mo'? ...

Do you want to tile horizontally or vertically ? What I see is a bit odd (sorry). The top text seems correctly set on a circular vector, the bottom text not. The 'U' in the bottom text seems a bit out of position. Also the two circles are not totally parallel / offset. Is this the good file at all ...

I was called into work so I will try and work on it a little bit more when I get home but I appreciate the suggestions. Marcel, I made the gap larger between the view in a I will fix that also

I found a tutorial video for stacked text that has worked good for me... http://bit.ly/2uMh968 ... I was trying to copy to another layer and offset it like the video says at 03:05 and got a goofy result where it only made an outline and it would not group.... any suggestions?

Tabs are added in the Profile toolpath.

this is the finished product and I nested the clamps I needed so How do I put tabs on it when I go to carve or does it do so when I go to put in the tool paths?

Note to OP you may want to get rid of the stray Vectors in your file on the right side outside of the material board mid-ways down! Sharkcutup thanks it has been modified probably 10 times since that save. I eliminated and the t track and made it on big jig with almost a 100 threaded inserts and 50...
