Hi Mike first of all thank yo for giving me the .dxf.zip file to download but now the problem I have is I only have Cut2d as a new user and I cant figure out how to get them over to my Cut2d program I can open the document with word but don't know how to get the other files to load.

I have made all the projects I can that have been posted on the vectric website and have had a lot of fun learning how to run my machine. Is there other sites that you can suggest to me to get other project to make. I don't mind even paying for them if I have to

I think it is a resonance problem and I don't know where to go next, I guess I need to go into Mach3 to change the Z speed? I also keep everything very clean and wipe it down all the time with denatured alcohol to get off the gunk it builds up around the bearings and rollers on the rails.

My home made cnc router has a G540 controller and when it goes down to cut in the Z it makes a buzzing noise and the whole table vibrates as the router is going down to cut. I found the problem, the unit needed 10v and only showed 4v I switched to pin 10 and everything works great once I got the programming right. Now when I hit the auto zero stop after I load the G-code it works like a champ. Thanks everybody
