Has anyone used PVC material? I came across some PVC trim board (white) was going to try that for lithos. Any thoughts?

I had the same thing happen to me with Cut2D, I found that I needed to change from Mach3 post processor to the Gcode inch post processor. Didn't happen again. Try using that, also make sure you have nothing running while cutting, such screen saver or another program. Hope this helps.

If I understand you correctly, you want to pocket the text. Just select text that you have created, click on pocket ops select tool that will fit into letters. If you want to do the opposite, select boarder and text pocket ops then tool that will fit into areas of pocket. Cut2d will let you know if ...

I have been using PhotoVcarve since it has come out with excellent results. With any program alot of trial and error to get things right. One thing to remember is to have a flat and parallel surface. Prepare your material by to sealing with varnish or painting first. The preview will be almost be wh...
