I am having a senior moment. Can anyone tell me how to draw a perpendicular (90 degree) line from an existing line that is not parallel with the x or y axis? Thanks!

I cut very thin material all the time. The best hold down is masking tape and superglue as I detailed in an earlier post. Good luck!

Thanks to everyone for all of the suggestions! Honestly, I never thought about tool deflection. I will try your suggestions to alleviate it tomorrow!

Can anyone tell me why I am getting a line on the edge of my material when doing a profile cut? I have tried reversing direction and making a last pass in the opposite direction. Nothing seems to solve the problem! Thanks!!!

Did you select them all before running the gadget?

Thanks for the info! I tried the formula creating a 3 sided polygon and inserting your formula for the diameter. 2 sides comes out perfectly but the third sides was longer than the other two.
