I don't think it was a "monthly project". I have it as an Aspire file and saved it as a Vcarve file. I have Aspire but, as already said, I would use the moulding toolpath also. That said, more than likely your problem is that you don't have the same number of nodes on each of the rails and/or the starting points are not in the same location on both rails. You can still use the rails you have but, y...
