Re: Wish

Additional User and Gadget Functions Options - Currently the hot key "F" zooms to the extents of the drawing space. Could we have a user hot key and gadget function that zooms to the current sheet?

Re: Wish

Additional Toolpath Options - Currently there is no way to add, set, or select a gcode (G54-G59 etc...) offset in the toolpath menu. This has to be added to the toolpath file manual with a text editor. I have setup multi post processor to address this issue. Can offsets be added to the toolpath menu?

Re: Wish

Hello Vectric team, I have some additional thoughts. Additional Toolpath Options - Currently in the Pocket Toolpath has a action that results in a double hard stop motion. Hi Allen,

Let me have a go at it.

Send me some drawings on what you are needing and I will write up a design document and let you know if and when I can complete it.

Re: Bench Dog hole size?

I am replacing my spoilboard on my machine and am replacing the dowels and holes with 20mm bench dogs. 20MM converted to English measurement is 0.7874016. From previous experiences, I know that a hole cut into the spoilboard at exactly the same size will be too tight. So, if I cut them at 21MM I fe...

Re: Ball nose bit for Oak project

Hello, I am new to CNC woodworking and now have a small project to complete. I need to carve a post cap like in the image attached, which I did using the chamfer toolpath in Vcarve Desktop. My question is what would be the best bit to use? I think I would like to try a ball nose bit, maybe 6mm or 9...
