X Y axis reversed on rotary file

I just set up my new rotary indexer. I set the file up to run in the X axis. I used the wrapping gadget and selected the raster machining method. Off Topic - Shopbot question

I've connected an aftermarket rotary axis to my PRT 4G Benchtop Shopbot. How can I test the operation. With the X, Y, Z axis I can move (M) or Jog (J) each axis indivdually. How can I move the rotary axis? I also posted this question on the Shopbot Forum which has not been very active lately. Phil
