Re: Real wood grain texture
It looks like the circle is being deselected at some point before the toolpath is calculated With the Finish toolpath form open return to the 2D view and select the circle. Then calculate the toolpath Tony I was deselecting the circle before calculating the toolpath because I was under the impressi...

Re: Real wood grain texture
I think I may know what is happening. When you do "Step 4: Copy component into working model", did you turn off the wood grain component in the component library? So that only the working model is showing? Tim :) DOH! If you listen closely you can hear the dull thumping sound of me kicking myself. ...

Re: help with 2 rail sweep corners
Viktor, I appreciate your help with this. I also appreciate the tutorials you put up. I'm such a newb at this that I don't even realize some of the things that can be done with this software, or at all for that matter.

help with 2 rail sweep corners
I'm having a little trouble with two rail sweeps. I'm trying to create a picture frame as a kind of self created exercise, no intention of cutting it. The problem is that no matter what I do I have material showing left over in the corners on the 3d view. Here are the steps I'm taking: 1. Created my...

Re: need help making back up disk
It seems the question was not answered, or at least to me it wasn't. Can one make a copy of the Aspire DVD or not. I also need to do this but haven't tried yet. Yes, you can copy the Aspire dvd.
