Andy, I need to correct my last post. When I run the VCP4 in safe mode it works. I do not get fatal error message and I am able to do the trace function and create a tool path. What do you suggest I do next ?
Again, I appreciate your help very much in resolving this issue...

Depth of Cut
What are the factors that determine the depth of a cut when using VCARVE? Is it just the tool or does the darkness of the lines on the graphic play a role?

Does anybody have any tips on saving and naming files created in Pro Carve - both the CRV and the txt (toolpaths)files saved for Mach 3 ?.
