I checked the high point along the moulding, they are constant.

Hi Tony,

I am not sure how to check the Z height. The two sweep rail are parallel, I could understand that it could cause the high point to be in the middle, but the high point is near the right hand bend.

I have just spent 6 hours machining some shaped handrail using the 2 rail sweep, the finished thickness in the middle is correct but each end is 5mm thinner . The table is flat The material is held down I also checked the scale to exact height with the size. I hope someone can help This is my first ...

Pocket screws

If anyone builds cabinets with pocket screw the new fluting function makes it really easy.

Just layout vectors where you want to insert your pocket screw, then use the fluting function with either ramp at start or ramp over complete length.

Paul, when you group the vectors the Bitmap layer was the selected layer (even though it was off) so the group would be put on that layer and it would be re-activated. So when you switched the bitmap layer off the group was also on that layer and disappeared. Thanks, James Thanks James Paul, As Tim...

Bitmap Trace

When I have traced a bitmap with a vector I turn off the bitmap layer, I then select some of the vectors to group them the bitmap layer turns on again, if I turn off the bitmap layer again the vectors disapear with it...What am I doing wrong ?
