Let's say when I am in Aspire I set my Data XY position to center of work area, then I would set my piece of wood on the machine and set machine 0 to center of XY of wood. Have you checked your motor steps are correct, tell it to move to ..... and measure it has moved that far, if not setup your motors.

Circular Array works for me, I created a circle and offset another one put a line at 12 O/clock between the two, circle array Rotation centre X0, Y0, number of items 360 degrees Total angle.

Try shortening the tabs looks like it might be cutting to the extent of the tabs

Thanks guys for the advise, to explain a little better I had been trying to cut the cove into an edge in stone my problem is I can only do it in very small passes do to the nature of the stone being very abrasive and time consuming I was looking for a quicker way to do it. You need to create a vector around the part you want to cut, select the part go to Model select Create vector boundry, select the part and the vector go to Finishing toolpath click on Selected vector make any other change then calculate you should be good to go.

The main Memorial for the Fleet Air Arms was cut in 2009 and has been ongoing with an oval of 34 plaques to the different Assoscations, HMS Eagle & HMS Illustrious being cut in 2013

You need to check the placements of the circles I have just run your files and there is a difference between the two files, 1st hole & 4th in each file is correct to each other 2nd & 3rd are out of position.
