Linda, Looking at your toolpath files and I would say that the Allowance for the Roughing toolpath is forcing the cutter to initially run above the material surface. If you leave the toolpath running it should eventually cut into the material as there are negative moves in the file. As this project ...

Mark, Angie is correct and with a 'well tuned' router there should be no noticeable difference when running machines with bezier or arc based toolpaths. Aspire does not include continuous spiral rotary cutting.
Maybe cutting along the axis help with the vibration.

Hi Brandon, The Cut3D file setup and toolpaths look OK. The Overcut distance is set to 0.175" - this could be less (0.130") as you are using a 0.250" dia ball nose cutter. Hello Bob,
The vectors are not smooth curves and lines, which results
in the discontinuities are being followed by the toolpath.
Use the Node Editing and you will see where the problems are.
