Do you have an outdated graphics driver installed on your computer?
If you select the "Edit > Options > (General Settings) Use graphics tablet = No" setting,
(from the main menu bar of the application).
Do you still see this after you re-start the application?

Mach4 is reported to be 100% compatible with Mach3 code, the Mach2/3 post processors
should work fine with Mach4.

not PhotoVCarve V10.
There is no version 10 of PhotoVCarve.

Looking at your V&Co. Portal account page V10 appears to be available to you.

If you scroll down to the "Your latest software, clipart and licences" section
and click the "View Downloads" button to take you to your product page,
this should be there for you.
