It would surprise me if there is no way to control that behaviour.
One way around this would be to change your finishing strategy.
Have the cutter travel along the length of the piece with the rotary turning a small amount each pass.
That is the way I do most rotary jobs.

Re: 4th Axis Incomplete Finish Cut
It should be there somewhere. Look at the manual or ask the manufacturer.

Re: 4th Axis Incomplete Finish Cut
I see you have an axiom machine. That usually means you either have a DSP controller or UCCNC Take a look at a setting called "Rollover on 360" in UCCNC. "Rot 360 Rollover" in Mach3. No idea what it is called on the DSP. You gcode calls A360, A0 repeatedly after the crown section. See snippet. N6308...

Re: MACH3 Shaking and jittery on 3D relief cut
I did set the CV adjustments as per the last post, I don't have the option of a "settings" page so I'm not sure where to find it.. I must assume you are using a third party sceenset if there is no settings page. If so then go to "View" menu, select "Load Screens", select "1024.set" Then you will ha...

Re: Vector selector
No this was not in node editing mode. Which shows all nodes and handles etc.
This was in normal selection mode. Vector showing purple (or whatever you call it) when selected.
But yes it was the same small grey arrow

Vector selector
This is probably applicable to all versions of Vectric
Whilst going through the vector selection options at one point there appeared on every vector a small grey arrow which I think was on the start point.
Try as I might I can not get it to show again. Is there something I am missing.

My first video is obviously too long and boring. Very few watchers got past the first few minutes.
This is my attempt at making the info more accessible, more concise.

Re: MACH3 Shaking and jittery on 3D relief cut
Reducing node count is often a good idea, however if CV is not working then that will only do so much. In Mach3 go to "General Config" Select Constant Velocity radio button under "Motion Mode" Uncheck all four options under "CV Control" Set "Look Ahead Lines" to default of 20. Yes it is the default ...

Re: Text machines backwards on rotary job
Either method above will reverse the axis direction. However I would suggest first making sure your rotary axis is turning in the conventional direction. Make a thumbs up fist. Point the thumb in the positive direction of the axis which the rotary is aligned with. The direction your fingers are curl...
