Hi Mike, you're right. I've also done them and added a third tool of a smaller diameter. I've also done something similar to what you're talking about.

Windows 10 compatibility
Can someone tell me what versions of Vectric software are compatible with Windows 10? I'm sure the Aspire 8.0 and VCarve Pro 8.0 are compatible, but what about older versions? Are there compatibility issues?

I forgot to mention that I show how to use a the smaller diameter end mill to quickly clean out only those tight spots where the larger diameter clearance tool can't reach. In the video, I created two almost identical vectors. The top one is offset .01". That should make a .02" custom tool. The bottom one is offset .02". That should make a .04" custom tool.
