It looks to me like you are making a mold? When you imported the file to cut3d, did you rotate it to see the view that you wanted and try to cut from there? If so, no matter which view you look at it will cut the original file in the view that was imported. So, if you want to view it the way it was ...

Check the machine bed itself for a slight twist, maybe the machine has been moved or bumped and the four corners are no longer in alignment. To Zoom,click on 3d pane, and rotate mouse wheel, or click and hold down right mouse button and move mouse.

To pan while zoomed in 3d, hold down control, click and hold right or left mouse button and move mouse.

Also you might check the rotation direction of you motors, and even change the CW to CCWrotation or visa versa.

Check and make sure that your X and Y motors are connected to your X and Y out puts correctly, this happened to me once after a late night build and tired. :oops:

Looking at your tool selection in vcarve, I see that your pass depth is 9 mm, try making the tool pass depth 1mm if that is what you want to cut in 1 pass. I am fairly new to vectric, I hope I am looking at this correctly and it helps.

Try different settings to match your machine the best.
