Agreed!!! Feedrate to fast bit to large for some of the areas --- might want to use that bit as a larger clearance bit and a smaller to finish it with!!! It will be Two Years this March that I have had my Shark HD3 Pro CNC machine with no real problems that could not be solved. I have found it a lot easier to rotate the design (with tool paths applied), re-size material in setup, and then recalculate tool paths after in V-Carve (which actually works!...

I have downloaded that particular file and it does not install. Noted that the file extension is .vgadget and not .exe so this is probably why it would not install.
