Hi, Just finished my first project using VCP4. The two new features that helped were layers and the ability to import a Cut3D file. The sign is made of Cherry and the image is the Mountains & Forest wilderness scene from Vector Art 3D. Overall size is 18" x 24" and the wilderness scene is 11" x 14"....

Paul, It looks great! Soon you'll be addicted like me. I am not sure how a glaze differs from a wood stain. The General Finishes product I use has the consistency of a gel stain (perhaps a bit thinner) and I tried it on bare wood and it does stain. I suspect it sticks to a smooth surface better, giv...
