Re: Trying some corian

+1 Randall :)
Only carved once when a visitor brought some with him, made a key fob "Moose scene 5" for him.
Held Tiny detail very well!!
Show pics when done...I only had engraving bit at that time...interested in tiny TBN cut.

Sometimes Home position, and then watching the Start point, you can trim deep ahead of the Z-Plate. I know...

Re: Aim for the eye

Aren't you glad you finished Both sides Scott :) That's one of the fun things...you never know exactly what you'll get... BUT you learn something on every cut! Another light coat could bring out some more/deeper colors.... Grain close up reminds me lizard/snake skin somehow:) Can't find pic right no...

You can cut as is with DC Off/dust foot Off and things should stay pretty clean. But after it's finished cut...

Re: Aim for the eye

Scott.....What a Lucky guy to Know where your beeswax comes from and have some options! I'd make two separate batches with Polymerized Linseed Oil(NO metallic dryers) (either Bill's "Tried and True" or my "Earthpaint" 100% polymerized linseed oil) I wound up with a darker "Butter" after using one ba...

Re: Warrior 1

Looking forward to Dragon-Warrior Michael :) Still love your Small Celtic Dragon! Too much of an Anne McCAffrey fan from my early years(and Michael Whelan's Dragons) to like a Warrior killing Dragons though.....Now a Dragon Protecting HIS Warrior I'd buy in a heartbeat :) :) A Mage would go good wit...
