I'm using Aspire and my post processors are in:

C:\ProgramData\Vectric\Aspire\V11.5\PostP

The best way is to open VCarve, go the the file menu and select " Open Application Data Folder".

Just a regular text editor like Notepad should work. Scroll to the bottom and you should see the offending line.

If I understand the problem correctly, I would start with the post processor. Check to see what commands are used at the end of the toolpath.

Why not just use a moulding toolpath for the roundover. I use it all the time.

You can position the project in the material using the "Set" button on the toolpath tab. Use the slider or type in values.

Vectric software is designed for Windows only and will not run on a Mac. Otherwise, the only way that I know of is to install windows on a virtual machine like VMware or Parallels or set up Boot Camp to dual boot the Mac and install windows. As Randall has suggested, change the circles to true circles and the problem seems to go away.

That's a great idea Randall but it might be a little difficult for beginners to understand the wrapping gadget. Especially using it in place of a 3D toolpath. Milo does explain it in detail though.

Set your toolpath preview simulation quality to a higher resolution. It's on the toolpaths menu at the top of the screen.
