I cut this last week. The flat depth is 0.5" with a 0.25" end mill. The wolf's head was cut with a 0.125 tapered ball nose bit. And the V-carving was cut with a 0.25" 60 degree V-bit.

Now I have two file windows opened, one for V4.5 and another for V8 database folders. In the V8 folder I rename...

Re: Crucifix
Thank you for your comments!
This is the Vectric 3D Crucifix STL with a few modifications.
I doubled it's depth which brought more detail and I trimmed His garment a bit (In Aspire of course.).

Re: Pizza Cutter!
I like the look of that cutter. Just one thing I see that might improve the project. If you flip and turn every other handle you could get more handles out of the same size stock and would lower the cost of each cutter. I tried that, but with two sided cutting and the use of tabs made it too unstab...

Pizza Cutter!
Now this is a pizza cutter on steroids!
It is Red Oak and Poplar laminated together with a 1/2 Oz. domed copper bullion coin for an accent.
With it's 4" cutting wheel it will cut any pizza it come across!

Re: cheap indexer
   That looks like a great idea Peter :!: :!: :!: How far do the jaws open, or how thick of stock will they hold? I would suggest some sort of rail mounting for one end so you can use different lengths of stock. For those who are looking for ideas for an indexer I have made up this...
