with sketch up 2014 you could import into V carve pro don't know if it works with the new V carve pro. if it`s just the size of the doors that`s important and the size`s are the same all the time. just do it in V carve you can type the size in and just make a template for the each door size, then it...

remove Z zero from the gotozero button using a screen editor or just use the mdi and type x0 y0 z what ever is safe or just don't use it when you run a code it will always go to the start anyway what would be X0 Y0 Z top of material

when I cut it I run the machine at 1250 mm/min, 19000 rpm, 1/4 cut depth 2 flut carbide end mill or router bit cut with out any problems just keep a eye on the chips if they come of as a power drop the rpm if it comes of looking like chips you are about right

there is no reason it should not work the cut2d files may have been smaller than the .pvc files so the computer could be having a brain fart over the .pvc files he trying again now.
