Re: Serving Board and more

All are very nice pieces for the kitchen. Did you have a stand of walnut trees you had cut and kiln dried ??? You seem to use alot of expensive walnut !! I Love it too.

Another inlay

My daughter-in-law is a hairdresser , and while I was looking for some bitmaps the other day, I saw this. Just a little something for her to keep at her station. Beech inlayed with walnut.

Another of Michael Tyler's projects

My nephew started building his new house last month. I was thinking about what to make him, and saw this monthly project. Everything cut great, but I didn't like the painting. Thanks Michael, my brother says he will Love it. I did a little
different.

I like it Grant. Looks great. Does PVC cut OK ? Tend to melt, what kind of paint and did you clear coat it ?

Thanks, Dave

All I can say , is I like them ALL. I've been retired for 3 years now( full retirement age) so THAT makes Me old. As said though, I'm still learning too. Thanks for the post.

Re: Zank Inlay 9x15 oval trays

Thank you Lee. Very informative. I would imagine it would take a gentle touch when getting close, and not sure these old shaky hands could handle it. I did an inlay last week, but was easy to sand off the extra with a belt sander. Thanks again.
