Re: pdf help

Try these - I used a center line trace function so the dimensions should all be correct in relation to each piece - the actual size is for you to determine.

Re: Engraving Suggestions

You need a 30deg very sharp bit with a 0.020" tip for that text

Like EM2E4-2500-30V
30° V-groove cutter, 2 flute, 1/4in. shank, 0.439in. DOC, 2.5 in. OAL

Re: V-Carve text rarely comes out like it looks in in VCarve desktop

Measure the flat tip width - add an "Engraving tool" and fill out the values.
The geometry for and engraving bit will allow you to plug in a dimension for the flat tip.
i am reasonably sure that will solve your issue.

Re: 3D Profile

I thought you were trying to get rid of some of the contour in the root of the contour at the bottom left of the elevated portion. If you are trying to sharpen the edge of the contour at the top of the higher edge then to will have to revise the model to make the edge sharper assuming to are using a...

Re: 3D Profile

Not that I am aware of - but you could create a profile vector for an end mill
Or you could create a seperate smaller set of vectors around the contour and use a smaller tapered ball end mil to sharpen the contour
