ah, makes sense! Knew they differed based on curves and straight. I have gotten so used to shortcut keys that I don’t look at the menus much anymore. It’s cool to learn these tips!

Node editing menu differs for lines and curves. Right click on curve reveals what they showed. Right click on line reveals what you showed.

Plaque For Newborn
Created this for a friends' newborn son. Created in Inspire. Space shuttle took a bit of trial and error. 3D stars from Design and Make. Wood is African Mahogany with several coats of glossy water-based polyurethane finish and black dye to bring out the letters. Dimensions are 14.5" x 6". -Chris.

Dressage Sign for Friend
Made this for a friend that is a dressage coach. Horse from included 3d models and flowers from Design and Make. It's African Mahogany with several coats of gloss water-based polyurethane and application of black dye to accent the text and horse.

I use the Mach3 2010 Screen Set (http://www.thecncwoodworker.com/2010.html) to do what I believe you are describing. I like the capability to automatically stop router for bit change and then zeros depth of new bit before moving to process next tool path in file.
