Re: MACH3 Shaking and jittery on 3D relief cut
Version 062 that you are using has proven to be the most stable for most things. I forgot that you are using a 3rd party screen so many of the features will look different from the original Mach3 screen. I am not familiar with the Adjusted Feed box. The original version has a + and a - button to inc...

Re: MACH3 Shaking and jittery on 3D relief cut
Are you running the speed faster than the speed you designed in ? Like setting the speed at 50 IMP in the software and then telling Mach3 to run at 70 IMP. If I over speed in Mach3 by more than 35% then I get exactly what you are experiencing. Also which version of Mach3 are you running? What is you...

Re: Simple ARC trick
I think I understand what you are trying to do.
As a test I drew a rectangle and hovered over top the span and hit A. The arc went up. I changed the direction of the start point and tried the same thing. The arc went down.
Hope this helps

Re: Easy BoxJoint Maker
Jim
I modified the lua file to read "-- require("mobdebug").start()" and it now works fine.
I have been making these joints for some time by drawing them out in Aspire which is time consuming and sometimes frustrating.
This will make things so much easier for me.
Thank you very much!

I keep getting a "nil" error when I try to run either Version 1 or 2.
I am sure it is something I am doing wrong but I don't have a clue.

Re: My version of Solunar Box
Do you ever end up with a lot of small pieces left over from a project that are just too good to throw away? Well I have a load of them but none were big enough to make the Solunar box full size. I collected several pieces of poplar that were about the same color and went to work. I resized the proj...

Re: v10 on Windows XP
Yes
Version 10 does run on a XP machine but you will need Service Pack 3 installed.
Found that out last month when I upgraded.

Re: Spiral Hand Clock
Ray I love unique clocks and this is a first for me. Very cool clock, and well done! Are there plans available for similar designs? I just drew this from a picture I saw and kept changing it until everything worked out like it should. Since this is just a vector drawing with no 3d model it should be...

Spiral Hand Clock
I finished this spiral hand clock this afternoon and thought I would post it here.
I saw a photo of a similar design on the web somewhere.
Archimedes spiral was made of aluminum using the spiral gadget.
